Returns:
Here at Annie Banannie we want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase! That being said, we also understand that sometimes things happen!
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item if your item is damaged or not as described.
Returns for sizing are not accepted. We post sizing charts on all our products to help ensure proper sizing.
If this is your first purchase, and it really won't work, we can offer a one time exchange in a new size if it's still available.
We strongly recommend measuring your child and comparing. Our clothing typically runs
True to size to slightly small. We don't recommend sizing down.
Custom orders are not returnable, as they are generally one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold.
Once the item has been returned, unworn, a refund will be issued, less shipping costs. Alternatively, you may opt to exchange for an item of equal value.
Shipping:
Purchases will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
Once shipped, Annie Banannie has no control over progress or treatment.
Your package is the responsibility of the USPS. If you have questions about your
package, please contact your local post office immediately. We would like to assist
you in any way possible, but cannot be responsible for USPS actions if a package is
marked delivered.
If you pay with PayPal, the address you provide at checkout is the only address we
are authorized to ship to. If you provided the wrong address and catch it before we
ship, please message us right away so we can fix the issue. This may require us
canceling the order and relisting it. Be prepared that your shipment may be delayed
while we wait for payment. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect
addresses.
All orders come with tracking, and orders over $100 are shipped priority and insured.
If your packages arrives damaged,open, or missing items, PLEASE take pictures of everything, keep the packaging and contact USPS to file a shipping claim.
We'll try to do our part in helping you find your packages. But as stated before,
once it leaves our hands, there is very little we can do.
